

Hamed qualified in 1995 from Edinburgh University Dental School, he practised hospital dentistry and gained the Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FDS RCS Eng) in the field of Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine.
He embarked on the prestigious specialist training programme in the field of periodontology at Guy’s Hospital. He gained his MSc in Periodontology and his M. Clin. Dent., qualifying with a distinction. He followed this with Membership in Restorative Dentistry – one of the highest qualifications in the field of restorative dentistry awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Previously a specialist dental teacher at Guy’s, King’s and St.Thomas’ dental school, he now lectures to qualified dentists at Norwich and Ipswich university hospitals. He also lectures internationally.
